Back in the US

Back in the US this month. Some interesting comments about America, from the perspective of my "Chinese" family:

"It's so clean."
"Why are the dimes smaller than the nickels?"
"If you don't have a car, America isn't very convenient."
"The houses in Utah are cheaper than houses in China!"
My 2 year old son was afraid of his shadow--he'd never seen this much sun before!


Being here reminds me that there is life after China. It's a good life too--family, food, fresh air, more food, football, beautiful fall weather.
